Sign up on the GDROP app, browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and other secure payment options. You can track your order in real-time.
Most orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes, depending on your location. Enter your address in the app to check delivery availability.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed and paid. If there’s an issue, contact support within 24 hours.
Delivery partners: Sign up on the app/website, submit required documents, complete training, and start delivering once approved. A personal vehicle is required. Vendors: Sign up via the vendor portal, get approved, and start receiving orders. Manage inventory, orders, and promotions from your dashboard.
Delivery partners: Paid weekly based on completed deliveries, distance, and tips. Bonuses may apply during peak hours. Vendors: Earnings are transferred on a scheduled basis after customer payments are collected.
Yes! Vendors can create and manage promotions via the vendor dashboard to attract customers and boost sales.
